摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,国家对电力资源的需求与日俱增。中国海洋石油集团有限公司作为海洋能源开发的龙头企业,坚定绿色低碳发展战略,持续推动海上风电工程建设工作,提高建设技术,持续降低建设成本,同时对工程的安全性提出了更高的要求。本文以A海区风电站建设项目为例,对电站选址的安全性评价流程进行了阐述。选址安全性评价主要可从地质水文调研和场区稳定性评价两个维度分析,地质水文调研主要涵盖地形地貌、地层岩性,以明晰建设施工的风险、场地选址地层;场区稳定性评价主要通过分析海水环境、土壤条件、断层等因素,评价场区的稳定性。综合分析结果显示该海区风电站选址安全性良好。选址安全性分析研究对于后续海上风电站建设项目的推动,有着重要的现实意义。
With the rapid development of our economy,the national demand for the energy resource is increasing day by day.CNOOC,as a leading enterprise in the development of offshore energy,firmly adheres to the green and low-carbon development strategy,continuously promotes the construction of offshore wind power projects,improves construction technology,continuously reduces construction costs,and puts forward higher requirements for the safety of projects.Taking A Area wind power station construction project as an example,this paper expounds the safety evaluation process of energy station site selection.The safety evaluation of site selection can be mainly analyzed from two dimensions,the survey of geological and hydrological,and the evalutaion of site stability.The geological and hydrological survey mainly covers topography,formation lithology,so as to clarify the risk of construction and the stratum of site selection.The stability evaluation of the field area mainly evaluates the stability of the field area by analyzing the seawater environment,soil conditions,faults and other factors.The comprehensive analysis results show that the site selection of wind energy station in sea area is safe.The safety analysis of site selection has important practical significance for the promotion of subsequent offshore wind power station construction projects.
