摘要
在存量建设逐渐替代增量建设的发展趋势下,产业转型升级和创新科学技术成为城市更新的根本推动力,而产业用地则是产业转型升级的主要承载空间。随着相关研究的推进,文章借助CiteSpace分析软件,采用文献研究法对知网数据库中2013年至2023年与产业用地研究相关的785篇期刊文献进行知识图谱的可视化分析。研究发现多学科交叉的产业用地研究可能成为未来研究趋势;产业用地的细化分类、顶层设计,以及政策实施效果不明显的原因有待讨论。
Under the development trend of stock construction gradually replacing incremental construction,industrial transformation and upgrading and innovative science and technology have become the fundamental driving force of urban renewal.Industrial land is the main bearing space for industrial transformation and upgrading.With the advancement of related researches,this paper visualizes and analyzes the knowledge map of 785 journals related to industrial land use research from 2013 to 2023 in the Knowledge Network Database with the help of CiteSpace analysis software and literature review method.It is found that the industrial land research may become multidisciplinary in the future.Furthermore,the reasons for detailed classification,top-level design and inefficient implementation of the policies should be further explored.
