摘要
耕地后备资源的相关调查及其评价是实现耕地占补平衡、进出平衡的重要依据,对耕地可持续利用具有现实意义。本文以尤溪县洋中镇为例,阐述了耕地后备资源调查评价方法,结合当地实际选取了14项评价指标采用限制因子法进行评价。结果表明,研究区耕地后备资源较为匮乏,主要类型是废弃园地和残次林地,在空间分布上后楼村和龙洋村较多,其他村分布比较零散。针对洋中镇耕地后备资源上述特点,进一步提出了洋中镇耕地后备资源开发利用的战略思路和方向。
The relevant investigation and evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources are the important basis for realizing the balance of occupancy and reclamation and the in-out balance of cultivated land,which has practical significance for the sustainable utilization of cultivated land.Taking Yangzhong Town of Youxi County as an example,this paper expounded the investigation and evaluation methods of cultivated land reserve resources.According to the local reality,it selected 14 indexes and used the limiting factor method to evaluate cultivated land reserve resources.The results showed that the cultivated land reserve resources in the study area were scarce,and the main types were abandoned garden land and residual forest land.In terms of spatial distribution,Houlou Village and Longyang Village had larger reserve resources,and other villages had scattered reserve resources.In view of the above characteristics of cultivated land reserve resources in Yangzhong Town,the strategic thinking and direction of exploitation and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Yangzhong Town were put forward.
