摘要
胃癌是一种多因素、多过程的恶性肿瘤,是影响人类生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一。胃癌发病机制较复杂,诸多因素均可导致胃癌的发生。铁是人体所必需的微量营养素,参与了体内多种关键生化过程。铁死亡作为一种新型的铁依赖性细胞氧化损伤的细胞死亡方式,在胃癌相关分子及临床应用中起重要作用,已成为胃癌领域的研究热点。本文就铁死亡在胃癌发生发展过程中的相关分子作用机制及诊疗进行综述,旨在为胃癌发病研究及诊治策略提供新的理论依据和研究思路。
Gastric cancer is a multi factor and multi process malignant tumor,which is one of the main malignant tumors affecting human′s life and health.The pathogenesis of gastric cancer is complex,many factors can lead to the occurrence of gastric cancer.Iron is an essential micronutrient for human body and participates in many key biochemical processes in vivo.As a new type of cell death mode of iron dependent oxidative damage,iron death plays an important role in gastric cancer related molecules and clinical applications.It has become a research hotspot in the field of gastric cancer.This article reviewed the mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of iron death related molecules in the development of gastric cancer,aiming to provide new theoretical basis and research ideas for the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment strategy of gastric cancer.
