摘要
地下铝土矿巷道地质条件复杂难预测,不良地质体是掘进施工的重大安全隐患。将TRT(True Reflection Tomography)系统应用到地下矿山巷道的掘进施工中,将能有效改善矿井安全形势。论文对TRT预报原理进行了简要介绍,对地下铝土矿巷道狭窄空间条件下TRT观测方案进行了改进设计,最后结合河南省某铝土矿330中段正在掘进施工的脉外运输平巷的工程案例,对TRT技术在巷道超前地质预报的应用实践进行了详细讨论。结果表明,TRT探测系统能输出指定地质区域的地震波反射的三维层析图像,统计分析得出地震波反射能量分布规律,通过综合数据解译预报掌子面前方某区域存在不良地质构造,巷道开挖实际情况与预报结果吻合较好。TRT技术在地下铝土矿巷道的应用,能有效保障施工安全和进度,具有重要的实践指导意义和显著的经济效益。
As geological condition of drift in underground bauxite mine is complex and difficult to predict,defective geological bodies have become a major hidden danger of drifting construction.It will be able to effectively improve safety of underground mine by introducing TRT(True Reflection Tomography)system to the drifting.The paper gave a brief introduction on TRT forecast principle and better designed the TRT observation program for narrow space of underground bauxite mine drift,then discussed in detail application of TRT technology to engineering projects,which were carried out in the drifts of out-of-vein transportation roadway under construction in 330 middle section of a bauxite mine in Henan Province.The results showed that seismic reflection three-dimensional tomography images of designated geological area can be output by TRT detection system and seismic reflection energy distribution will be statistically analyzed.Then a comprehensive interpretation will be given to forecast on existence of defective geological structures in a specific region.Actual excavation situation has been proved to be consistent with the forecast results.Therefore,with application of the TRT technology to the underground bauxite mine,the construction safety and speed can be effectively guaranteed,with great practical guiding significance and significant economic benefits.
