摘要
目的探究家庭-医院无缝干预模式在小儿癫痫护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月在兰陵县人民医院小儿神经内科接受治疗的60例癫痫患儿,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)及观察组(30例)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行家庭-医院无缝干预模式,对比两组患儿干预后服药依从性、家属护理满意度以及干预前后生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患儿服药依从性、家属的护理总满意率均较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组患儿生活质量总分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论家庭-医院无缝干预模式用于小儿癫痫护理中不仅能提高患儿服药依从性,还能改善患儿生活质量,家属对护理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of home-hospital seamless intervention mode in pediatric epilepsy nursing.Methods A total of 60 children with epilepsy who received treatment in Department of Pediatric Neurology,Lanling County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received home-hospital seamless intervention.The medication compliance after intervention,nursing satisfaction of family members and quality of life before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the medication compliance and total nursing satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of home-hospital seamless intervention mode in pediatric epilepsy nursing can not only improve the medication compliance of children,but also improve the quality of life of children,and the family members have higher satisfaction with nursing.
