中药干预突触可塑性治疗阿尔茨海默病的实验研究进展

Experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on synaptic plasticity in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease

摘要 突触可塑性作为学习与记忆的基础,与神经系统疾病关系密切。阿尔茨海默病(AD)是以突触损伤为主要病理表现的疾病之一,AD患者脑中突触结构与功能的破坏可导致神经元变性、死亡,进而出现认知障碍与学习记忆能力的下降。随着中医学不断发展,中药对AD的治疗展现出独特优势,文章对AD状态下突触可塑性发生的异常改变及相关机制进行阐述,并总结了近5年来中药(有效成分、复方、中成药)通过调节突触可塑性治疗AD的实验研究,发现中药主要通过调节长时程增强、突触相关蛋白、神经递质的表达水平调节AD突触可塑性,进而治疗AD。 Synaptic plasticity,as the foundation of learning and memory,is closely related to neurological diseases.Alzheimer's disease(AD)is one of the main pathological manifestations of synaptic damage.The destruction of synaptic structure and function in the brain of AD patients can lead to neuronal degeneration and death,leading to cognitive impairment and decreased learning and memory abilities.With the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has shown its unique advantages in the treatment of AD.This article describes the abnormal changes and related mechanisms of synaptic plasticity in the state of AD,and summarizes the experimental studies of traditional Chinese medicine(effective ingredients,compound,traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations)in the past five years on the treatment of AD by regulating synaptic plasticity.It is found that traditional Chinese medicine mainly regulates long-term potentiation,synaptic related proteins The expression level of neurotransmitters regulates synaptic plasticity in AD,thereby treating AD.
