摘要
HIV引起的异常免疫激活和炎症反应贯穿整个HIV感染及治疗过程。高炎症反应与非艾滋病相关疾病发生密切相关。近年来研究发现损伤相关分子模式(DAMPs)在艾滋病炎症反应中发挥重要作用。DAMPs是受损组织或死亡细胞释放的内源性分子,包括高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、热休克蛋白(HSPs)、S100蛋白家族(S100 s)等诸多蛋白类,与识别受体结合后,诱导炎症反应。本文对主要DAMPs及其艾滋病中的应用进行简要概述,并结合前期实验研究结果对其在艾滋病湿热内蕴证炎症反应中的作用进行初步探讨。
The abnormal immune activation and inflammatory response caused by HIV run through the whole process of HIV infection and treatment.High levels of inflammatory reaction are closely related to the development of non-AIDS-related diseases.Recent studies have found that damage associated molecular patterns(DAMPs)play an important role in the inflammatory response of AIDS.DAMPs are endogenous molecules released by damaged tissues or dead cells,including high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),heat shock proteins(HSPs),S100 protein family(S100 s)and many other proteins.Once these molecules bind to recognition receptors,they can trigger inflammation.In this paper,the primary DAMPs and their application in AIDS were briefly reviewed,and the role of DAMPS in the inflammatory response of damp-heat syndrome of AIDS in preliminarily discussed in combination with previous experimental data.
