摘要
文章基于2011-2021年甘肃省14个市州的农业经济面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型,研究财政支农支出对甘肃省农业经济增长的影响和作用机制。使用STATA软件进行回归分析,结果表明:财政支农支出对甘肃省农业经济增长有直接促进作用,同时财政支农支出可以通过影响农业技术进步间接促进农业经济增长。基于研究结论,文章从甘肃省财政支农支出力度、财政支农支出结构,农业技术创新等角度提出建议,以促进甘肃省农业经济增长。
Based on the agricultural economic panel data of 14 cities and prefectures in Gansu Province from 2011-2021,this paper constructs a two-way fixed effect model to study the influenceandmechanism of fiscal expenditure for supporting agricultureon agricultural economic growth in Gansu Province.The empirical results show that fiscal expenditure for supporting agriculturehas a direct role in promoting agricultural economic growth in Gansu and Suzhou,and the fiscal expenditurefor supporting agriculturecan promote agricultural economic growth through the intermediary effect.Based on empirical research results,the article proposes suggestions to promote agricultural economic growth in Gansu Province from the perspectives of fiscal expenditure intensity,fiscal expenditure structure,and agricultural technology innovation.
