教师教育情怀研究的现状、热点及发展趋势——基于288篇中文核心期刊文献的内容分析 被引量:1

摘要 教育情怀是教师从教的源动力,教师教育情怀研究在新时代具有十分重要的价值。通过对中国知网1995—2022年收录的教师教育情怀核心文献进行内容分析,总结教师教育情怀研究的现状、热点及发展趋势,结果表明:教师教育情怀研究发展经历了初步、逐步、迅速三个阶段;研究机构合作较为紧密,团队具备“小集中、大分散”的网络分布特征;高校师德师风建设、高素质教师培养、教师情感劳动等是近年来的主要热点议题;师德师风建设的多维度拓展、社会使命的教师培育、技术变革时代的情感劳动等议题可能成为未来研究发展趋势。 Educational feelings is the source power for teachers to teach.The research on teachers'educational feeling is of great value in the new era,but there is still a lack of relevant summary and analysis.This paper makes a metrological analysis of the research literature on education feelings collected by CNKI from 1995 to 2022,summarizes the status,hot spots and development trends of the research on teachers'educational feelings.The results show that the development of educational feelings research has gone through three stages:preliminary,gradual and rapid;the research institutions cooperate closely,and the relevant research teams present the characteristics of"small concentration,large dispersion"cooperation network distribution;in recent years,the construction of teachers'morality in the colleges and universities,the cultivation of high-quality teachers,and the emotional labor of teachers have become the main hot topics;and the multi-dimensional expansion of the construction of teachers'ethics and style,the cultivation of teachers with social mission,emotional labor in the era of technological change and other issues may become the trend of future research and development.
