摘要
下颌阻生智齿拔除是临床上复杂性较高、手术时间较长、手术创伤程度较大、疼痛程度较高、术后恢复较慢的一种牙槽外科手术。近年来,随着我国医疗水平的不断提高,微创拔牙技术被逐渐应用到各种口腔疾病的治疗过程中,且大多取得了较为理想的治疗效果,同时也为临床治疗下颌阻生智齿拔除提供了新的治疗方式。基于此,本文就微创拔牙技术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的应用效果作以下综述。
The extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth is a kind of alveolar surgery with high clinical complexity,long operation time,large surgical trauma,high degree of pain,and slow postoperative recovery.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of medical level in China,minimally invasive tooth extraction technology has been gradually applied in the treatment of various oral diseases,and most of them have achieved ideal therapeutic effects.Also,it provides a new treatment method for the clinical treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction.Based on this,this article reviews the application effect of minimally invasive extraction technology in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth.
