摘要
目的分析综合康复治疗对脑卒中后重度吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能以及吞咽X线电视透视检查评分的影响。方法2021-2022年我院58例脑卒中后重度吞咽功能障碍患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以综合康复治疗,比较组间治疗效果、吞咽功能评分、X线电视透视检查评分(VFSS)。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.10%,对照组为68.97%(20例),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组吞咽功能分值均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组VFSS评分均有提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后重度吞咽功能障碍者实施综合康复治疗,有助于改善患者的吞咽功能。
Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the swallowing function and the score of swallowing X-ray fluoroscopy in patients with severe swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods Fifty-eight patients with severe dysphagia dysfunction after stroke in our hospital from 2021 to 2022 were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The therapeutic effect,dysphagia function score and X-ray fluoroscopy score(VFSS)were compared between groups.Results The effective rate was 93.10% in the observation group and 68.97%(20 cases)in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of swallowing function of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VFSS score of both groups was increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with severe dysphagia after stroke is helpful to improve swallowing function and restore body function.
