CFG桩和微型钢管桩在高铁隧道岩溶地基处理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 安九高铁某隧道洞口段基底基岩面起伏较大、溶洞内充填的硬塑粉质黏土厚度不均匀且分布范围较长。为解决基底承载力不足和基底不均匀沉降的问题,通过对CFG桩复合地基加固、微型钢管桩注浆加固和换填法处理方案的比较分析,提出了明挖段采用CFG桩复合地基加固、暗挖段采用微型钢管桩注浆加固和混凝土换填法的“分区分段”处理原则及设计参数取值。结果表明:CFG桩复合地基和微型钢管桩处理硬塑粉质黏土填充的岩溶地基是合理可行的。 The foundation rock surface of a certain tunnel entrance section of the Anjiu high-speed railway has significant fluctuations,and the hard plastic silty clay filled in the karst cave has uneven thickness and a long distribution range.In order to solve the problems of insufficient bearing capacity and uneven settlement of the foundation,the comparative analysis is conducted on the treatment schemes of CFG pile composite foundation reinforcement,micro steel pipe pile grouting reinforcement and replacement method.The"zoning and segmentation"treatment principle and design parameter values are put forward for the open excavation section using CFG pilecomposite foundation reinforcement,the hidden excavation section using micro steel pipe pile grouting reinforcement,and the concrete replacement method.The results show that:it is reasonable and feasible to use CFG pile composite foundation and micro steel pipe pile to treat karst foundation filled with hard plastic silty clay.
