摘要
洛南里坊遗址区是隋唐洛阳城重要的里坊遗址分布区,通过梳理洛南里坊遗址区保护展示和开发利用的具体实践,该文阐释了保护利用采取的工作思路,探讨如何做好文化遗产保护事业,为今后继续做好洛南里坊遗址区的保护利用及形成更多具有较高质量、较高水平的保护展示和开发利用成果提供参考。该文首先分析了洛南里坊遗址区保护展示和开发利用的重要性及必要性;随后从建设公共生态空间、塑立隋唐洛阳城洛南城市格局、开展研学教育、促进服务乡村、推动文旅融合5个方面梳理了保护利用的不同实践;最后指出存在的问题,并提出在新时代不断提升保护利用质量的策略。
The Lifang Site area of the south bank of Luohe River is an important Lifang site distribution area of Luoyang City in Sui and Tang Dynasties.This paper explains the working thoughts of the protection and utilization and explores to do the protection of cultural heritage according to the practical work of the protection and exhibition and the development and utilization in the Lifang Site area of the south bank of Luohe River of Luoyang in the Sui and Tang Dynasties.It will provide some further references for the protection and utilization and the more high-quality and high-level achievements of the protection and exhibition and the development and utilization of the Lifang Site area of the south bank of Luohe River.The paper firstly analyses the importance and necessity of it,and then summarizes the practical work of the the protection and utilization such as constructing the public ecological space,molding the urban pattern of the south bank of Luohe River of Luoyang in the Sui and Tang Dynasties,carrying out the inquiry learning and education,advancing to service the rural areas and promoting the integration of culture and tourism.Finally,it puts forward some problems and concludes some strategies which will continuously improve the quality of the protection and utilization in the new era.
