摘要
公路工程项目是连通城市内外的交通枢纽,以较低的工程造价成本、较高的资源利用效率为项目建设目标,实现项目经济效益、社会效益最大化。基于此,该研究着重对项目建设管理概念及其特点进行阐述,深入分析公路工程项目建设管理工作中的具体内容,从资金、质量、进度和安全四个维度落实,并提出行之有效的管理措施,旨在提高公路工程建设质量和效率,以供相关人员参考。
Highway engineering project is a transportation hub connecting inside and outside the city,with lower engineering cost and higher resource utilization efficiency as the project construction objectives,to achieve the maximum economic and social benefits of the project.Based on this,the paper first expounds the concept and characteristics of project construction management,deeply analyzes the specific content of highway project construction management,implements it from the four dimensions of capital,quality,schedule and safety,and puts forward effective management measures,aiming at improving the quality and efficiency of highway project construction for reference of relevant personnel.
