摘要
氨基酸表面活性剂是一类相容性好的温和表面活性剂,广泛应用于日用清洗、化妆品等行业。本文对氨基酸表面活性剂的合成方法进行了介绍,重点介绍以非酰氯为原料合成氨基酸表面活性剂的研究进展。
Amino acid surfactants are widely use in daily cleaning and cosmetics due to their high surface performance and good biocompatibility.In this paper,we systematically summarize the synthesis methods of amino acid surfactants,especially the methods that using non-acyl chlorides as raw materials.
