选煤厂压滤机智能控制系统的研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对煤矿选煤厂压滤机传统控制系统存在自动化水平低、可靠性差、能耗大、监控性能不稳定等问题,本文研究了煤矿选煤厂压滤机控制系统的关键技术,分析了选煤厂压滤工艺流程及智能控制要求,从改善控制性能和提高监控效果的角度进行研究,提出了基于神经网络的压滤机智能控制关键技术,利用人工智能算法实现对压滤机的智能控制以及对压滤机压滤效果的自判断与监测;提出了基于模糊PID的压滤机监控系统方案,全面监控了整个压滤机的工艺过程,大大提高了自动化程度和控制系统的可靠性。 In view of the coal mine coal preparation plant filter press traditional control system has low automation level,poor reliability,large energy consumption,monitoring performance is not stable,this paper on coal mine coal preparation plant filter control system key technology research,analyzes the coal preparation plant filter process and intelligent control requirements,to improve the control performance and improve the monitoring effect,put forward the neural network filter press intelligent control technology,using artificial intelligence algorithm to realize intelligent control of filter press,realize the effect of filter press judgment and monitoring.The filter press monitoring system scheme based on fuzzy PID is proposed,which achieves the comprehensive monitoring of the whole filter press process,greatly improves the degree of automation and the reliability of the control system.
