摘要
结合青海省引大济湟工程实际,利用贝雷桁架和钢立柱进行离地20m、高34m跨度渡槽的槽体施工支撑,采用有限元软件Midas对工程中的贝雷梁施工支架进行数值模拟,通过对贝雷梁施工支架温度敏感性分析、内力分析、稳定性分析、模态分析和可靠度分析等综合分析,得出适应青海高寒高海拔地区高排架大跨度施工的贝雷梁施工支架。该研究解决了高排架大跨度施工中搭建满堂脚手架施工支撑用量大、耗费施工成本、拆装复杂、拖延工期等难题,从而可快速、安全、便捷地完成施工任务。
In combination with the actual situation of yindajihuang project in Qinghai Province,Bailey beam truss and steel column are used to support the construction of aqueduct with a height of 20m above the ground and a span of 34m.The finite element software MIDAS is used to simulate the Bailey beam construction support in the project.The temperature sensitivity analysis,internal force analysis,stability analysis,modal analysis and reliability analysis of Bailey beam construction support are carried out Through the analysis,the Bailey beam construction support which is suitable for the construction of high bent and large span in Qinghai high cold and high altitude localities area is obtained.It solves the problems of high bent and large span construction,such as large amount of scaffold,construction cost,complex disassembly and delay of construction period,so as to complete the construction task quickly,safely and conveniently.
