摘要
本文使用以母胶粒为载体的硫化发泡体系,将以三元乙丙橡胶为主的材料,分两次混炼,通过调整制备微孔发泡三元乙丙橡胶的发泡时间、温度、发泡剂和发泡剂促进剂用量等加工工艺参数确定对其硫化的影响。研究发现,当系统硫化温度升高时,三元乙丙橡胶的正硫化时间随之减少。当发泡剂的用量增加时,其正硫化时间随之增加。而发泡剂的用量不同对其硫化时间影响不大。
In this study,the sulfide foaming system with the rubber as the carrier is used to mix the material of EPDM rubber separately,and the processing process parameters such as the foaming time,temperature,foaming agent and the dosage of foam promoter are determined.Findings show that the positive sulfide time of the EPDM is decreased accordingly.When the amount of foaming agent increases,its positive sulfation time increases.The different amount of foaming agent has lttle effect on its sulfation time.
