摘要
9%Ni钢制LNG储罐常用焊接材料为镍基合金,因其材料的特殊性,焊接接头的无损检测往往采用射线检测方法。母材与焊缝金属对射线吸收性不同,单片透照无法同时满足母材及焊缝金属的黑度要求。文章分别对采用射线检测方法中的单胶片技术、双胶片技术和数字成像技术进行的比对试验作了介绍,并对试验结果进行分析,制定了满足镍基合金母材及焊缝金属检测要求的检测工艺。
Nickel-based alloys are commonly used as welding materials for 9%Ni steel LNG storage tanks.Due to the particularity of the materials,radiographic inspection methods are often adopted for non-destructive detection of welded joints.The base material and weld metal have different radiation absorption properties,thus single-film transillumination cannot meet the blackness requirements of the base material and the weld metal at the same time.This paper presented comparative tests that were conducted respectively with single-film,double-film and digital radiography technology in radiographic inspection methods.It also analyzed the test results and developed the inspection process that can meet the testing requirements of nickel-based alloy base metal and weld metal.
