摘要
介绍了汽车发动机主轴承盖支架的铸件结构及开发难点,通过对压铸过程中金属液充填和凝固收缩原理分析,确定影响铸件厚壁处内部品质的关键因素是铸造压力、压射速度和浇注温度。运用正交试验对关键性的压铸参数进行优化。优化后的压铸工艺参数:铸造压力为100MPa,压射速度为3.5m/s,浇注温度为655℃。工艺优化后的压铸件经密度值检测、X光检测及断面剖切检查,结果表明,铸件内部品质理想。
The casting structure and developing difficulties of automobile engine CAP-CSHFT BRG were analyzed.Through the analysis of liquid metal filling theory and solidification shrinkage theory in the process of die casting,the key factors affecting the internal quality of castings are determined as casting pressure,injection speed and pouring temperature.Through orthogonal test to optimize the key die-casting parameters,the optimized die-casting parameters are presented as follows:Casting pressure of 100MPa,injection speed of 3.5m/s and pouring temperatureof 655℃.Through inspection by density value,X-ray and section cutting,the internal quality of the casting is desirable.
