摘要 随着中国人口老龄化趋势日益递增,到2030年60岁以上人口将达到3亿多。因此,政府大力助推康复医疗事业,其中医疗器械得到了大力发展,出现了各种上下肢康复训练机器人。它可以对上下肢有运动障碍的病人进行有效的康复训练。文章提出一种在家里就可以进行康复训练的装置设计,能够满足一般家庭需要。该设计主要解决和确定下肢康复装置的基本机械形式和基本参数;主要包括电机、减速器、离合器的选择、齿轮的设计、同步带的设计、支架的设计等,旨为使人体运动损伤带来的伤病得到康复,使肌肉的恢复效果达到最好。 With the aging of China's population,the population over the age of 60 will reach more than 300 million by 2030.Therefore,the government has vigorously promoted the rehabilitation cause of medical treatment,among which the medical equipment has been vigorously developed,and a variety of upper and lower limb rehabilitation training robots have appeared,which can carry out effective rehabilitation training for patients with movement disorders in the upper and lower limbs.This paper proposes a device design for rehabilitation training at home to meet the needs of general families.This design mainly solves and determines the basic mechanical form and basic parameters of lower limb rehabilitation device,Which mainly including motor,reducer,clutch selection,gear design,synchronous strap design and support design,aiming to recover the injuries and achieve the best muscle recovery effect.
