摘要
使用寿命是限制质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)商业化的主要问题。汽车复杂的工况条件加速了燃料电池的老化,因此,需要全面了解PEMFC各种工况下性能衰减机制,以促进其商业化发展。文章主要讨论了启停工况的相关研究背景和进展,分析了燃料电池在启停过程中的气体分布情况,并总结了导致燃料电池性能衰减的主要机理。最后,文章介绍了启停工况下的缓解策略,包括材料改进和系统控制,为解决PEMFC性能衰减问题和提高燃料电池寿命提供依据。
Service life is the major issue which limits the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC).The complex driving conditions of vehicles accelerate the aging of fuel cell,therefore a comprehensive understanding of the performance degradation mechanism of PEMFC is needed in various driving conditions to facilitate its commercialization.This paper mainly discusses the background and advances of the related research on startup-shutdown conditions,analyzes the gas distribution of fuel cell in startup-shutdown process,and summarizes the main mechanisms leading to the performance degradation of fuel cell.Finally,this article introduces mitigation strategies for startup-shutdown conditions,including material improvement and system control,for solving the PEMFC performance degradation problem and improving fuel cell lifetime.
