Survey and analysis on soil health status of rural farmland in Gaomi city,Shandong province from 2011 to 2018

摘要 目的了解2011-2018年山东省高密市农村农田土壤中蛔虫卵和重金属污染水平状况,为政府部门了解农村农田土壤卫生状况、制订农村农田土壤综合防控治理措施提供科学依据。方法2011-2018年每年现场调查开始前,按照分层随机抽样方法,从山东省高密市7个乡镇中选取5个乡镇为监测镇,每个镇随机抽取4个行政村为监测点,共设立20个监测点。每个监测点采集村中农田土壤1份,共检测160份土壤样品,对土壤颜色、湿度、重金属(铅、镉、铬)、蛔虫卵情况进行调查。结果160份土壤中,蛔虫卵阳性率为38.8%(62/160),活卵阳性率为33.8%(54/160)。土壤pH值为4.0~9.0,均值7.1。土壤中重金属铅监测结果均未超标,镉监测超标率为28.8%(46/160),但均未高出风险管制值,土壤中重金属铬监测超标率为2%(2/100),均未高出风险管制值。结论2011-2018年山东省高密市农村农田土壤蛔虫卵阳性率和活卵检出率呈下降趋势,农用地土壤铅、镉、铬不存在污染高风险。 Objective To investigate the pollution levels and trends of ascium eggs and heavy metals in rural farmland soil in Gaomi city,Shandong province from 2011 to 2018,so as to provide scientific basis for the government to understand the health status of rural farmland soil and formulate comprehensive control measures of rural farmland soil.Methods Every year before the site survey,according to the stratified random sampling method,5 towns were selected from 7 townships in Gaomi city,Shandong province as monitoring towns from 2011 to 2018,and 4 administrative villages were randomly selected from each town as monitoring points.A total of 20 monitoring points were set up in the city.One piece of farmland soil was collected at each monitoring point in the village,and 160 soil samples were tested.Soil colour,moisture,heavy metals(lead,cadmium,chromium)and ascaris eggs were investigated.Results The positive rate of ascium eggs was 38.8%(62/160),and the positive rate of live eggs was 33.8%(54/160)in 160 soil samples.Soil pH ranged from 4 to 9,with an average value of 7.1.The monitoring results of heavy metal lead in the soil did not exceed the standard;the monitoring rate of cadmium exceeded 28.8%(46/160),but did not exceed the risk control value;the monitoring rate of heavy metal chromium in the soil exceeded 2%(2/100),but did not exceed the risk control value.Conclusion The positive rate of ascaris eggs and the detection rate of live eggs in rural farmland soils in Gaomi city,Shandong province showed a decreasing trend from 2011 to 2018,and there was no high risk of Pb,Cd and Cr pollution in agricultural soil.
