摘要
某水电站剪断销信号回路投运多年,但信号缺失、设计不合理,无法实时监测设备状态、对故障支路作出准确判断。通过对某水电站剪断销信号回路改造、信号优化,以最大经济化达到最佳效果,满足电厂实际运行要求,提高设备的安全性、可靠性,达到自动化监测要求,为“无人值班,少人值守”提供可靠保证。
The shear pin signal circuit of a hydropower station has been put into operation for many years,but the signal is missing and the design is unreasonable,making it impossible to monitor the equipment status in real-time and make accurate judgments on faulty branches.Through the reconstruction and signal optimization of shear pin signal circuit in a hydropower station,we aim to achieve the best results with maximum economy,meet the actual operational requirements of the hydropower station,improve the safety and reliability of the equipment,meet the requirements of automated monitoring,and provide reliable guarantees for"unmanned and few people on duty".
