摘要
近年来功能性胃肠病呈现出高发态势,且患者常出现多种功能性胃肠病症状重叠的现象。功能性胃肠病的重叠导致患者出现严重的临床症状,极大地影响患者的生活质量。其中以功能性消化不良和肠易激综合征的重叠最为常见,这种重叠的发生,使患者病后症状复杂,病程迁延难愈,治疗难度加大。本文通过对本病现有的中西医研究进展进行综述,以期帮助临床医师寻找更适合本病的诊疗模式。
In recent years,the incidence of functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGDs)has been on the rise and patients often suffer from overlapping symptoms of multiple FGDs.The overlap of FGDs leads to severe clinical symptoms that greatly affect the patients’quality of life.The overlap between functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome is the most common,resulting in complex patient symptoms,a prolonged disease course and increased difficulty in treatment.In this article,we review the existing research advances in Chinese and Western medicine in order to help clinicians find a more suitable treatment model for this disease.
