摘要
汉中茶叶品质优异,已成规模的茶产业是秦巴山区茶农增收的主要来源。汉中夏秋茶资源丰富,但利用率不高。加快夏秋茶资源的开发利用,增加茶农、茶企收入是今后汉中茶产业健康可持续发展的重要举措。文章总结了汉中夏秋茶资源开发利用现状及夏秋茶新产品研发不足、利润空间窄、劳动力严重紧缺等问题,提出了加快新创黄茶“汉中蜜黄”的推广、改变传统加工工艺、加快全链条茶产品开发、转变传统消费习惯、增加夏秋茶开发资金投入等措施,从而实现产品多元化,多渠道增收,将汉中夏秋茶资源优势转变为经济优势。
Hanzhong tea has excellent quality,and the established tea industry has become a main source of income increase for tea farmers in the Qinba Mountain area.Hanzhong has abundant summer and autumn tea resources,but the utilization rate is not high.Accelerating the development and utilization of summer and autumn tea resources,increasing the income of tea farmers and tea enterprises is an important measure for the healthy and sustainable development of the tea industry in Hanzhong in the future.The article summarized the current situation of the development and utilization of summer and autumn tea resources in Hanzhong,such as insufficient research and development of new summer and autumn tea products,narrow profit margins,and severe labor shortages.It also proposed measures such as accelerating the promotion of Hanzhong Mihuang,changing traditional processing techniques,accelerating the development of full chain tea products,changing traditional consumption habits,and increasing investment in summer and autumn tea development.The purpose of this paper was to achieve product diversification and multi-channel income increase,and transform Hanzhong summer and autumn tea resource advantages into economic advantages.
