摘要
对Al-Cu-Mg合金在单一植酸溶液、植酸+Zn^(2+)溶液、植酸+Mn^(2+)溶液中分别进行化学转化处理。结果显示,合金在植酸+Zn^(2+)溶液和植酸+Mn^(2+)溶液中得到的表面膜层比在单一植酸溶液中的膜层更完整致密。化学转化处理提高了合金试样的腐蚀电位,并减小了其阳极电流密度。与在单一植酸中转化的合金相比,在植酸+Zn^(2+)、植酸+Mn^(2+)溶液中处理的合金具有更好的耐蚀性。
The phytic acid conversion coating was prepared by immerging the Al-Cu-Mg alloy samples in single phytic acid solution,phytic acid+Zn^(2+)solution,and phytic acid+Mn^(2+)solution respectively.The results show that the conversion coating on the samples in phytic acid+Zn^(2+)solution or phytic acid+Mn^(2+)solution is denser than that in single phytic acid solution.Moreover,the chemical conversion increases the corrosion potential of the alloy,and decreases the anodic current density of the samples.Compared with the sample in single phytic acid solution,the samples in phytic acid+Zn^(2+)solution or phytic acid+Mn^(2+)solution have better corrosion resistance.
