职业本科跨境电商产教融合教学模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 政府、院校、企业相结合的新型职业本科跨境电商产教融合教学模式是提高职业本科高素质技能人才的重要途径,基于当前职业本科跨境电商产教融合主导型的转变、“1+X”证书制度的人才培养模式以及产学合作协同育人等现状,职业本科跨境电商存在产教融合程度不高、学生企业实习岗位少和院校“双师”师资力量薄弱等问题,制定由从顶层设计出发、校企双导师制、政府、院校和企业共建实训基地、优化“双师”师资队伍和构建“1+X”职本跨境电商课程体系等新型的跨境电商产教融合教学模式。 Based on the current transformation of the industry-education integration of vocational undergraduate cross-border e-business,the talents training mode of the"1+X"certificate system and the collaborative education of industry-education cooperation,etc.,vocational undergraduate cross-border e-business possesses problems such as low degree of industry-education integration,few internship positions in students-enterprises and teachers weak of"dual teachers"in schools.New cross-border e-business industry-education integration teaching modes,such as the school-enterprise dual tutor system,the government,schools and enterprises building jointly a practical training base,optimizing the"dual qualified teachers"teaching team,and building an"1+X"vocational cross-border e-business course system.
