摘要
随着我国城市地下空间开发的深入推进,科学规划和合理评价地下空间的开发越来越重要,地下空间开发的适宜性评价是合理规划城市地下建设开发的关键。文章以惠州市金山新城规划区地下空间开发为例,运用层次分析法构建了该区域的地下空间开发适宜性的评价模型,根据模型结果提出了该区域地下空间开发区规划。该研究结果为金山新城规划区国土空间优化提供了理论支撑,有利于推进金山新城规划区城市地下空间的立体发展。
With the deepening of urban underground space development in China,scientific planning and reasonable evaluation of underground space development are becoming more and more important.The suitability evaluation of underground space development is the key to rational planning of urban underground construction and development.Taking the underground space development of Jinshan New Town planning area in Huizhou City as an example,an evaluation model for the suitability of underground space development in this area is constructed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the planning of underground space development zone in this area is put forward according to the model results.The results of this study provide theoretical support for the optimization of land space in Jinshan New Town planning area,which is conducive to promoting the three-dimensional development of urban underground space in Jinshan New Town planning area.
