摘要
中国的城市化进程,整体呈现出高速、不均衡特征,越来越多的人口向核心都市圈集聚。在人口流动趋势影响下,以深圳为代表的改革开放前沿城市,率先开展高层高密度探索与实践。与此同时,深圳作为岭南代表城市之一,在居住、教育、办公等不同业态的现代建筑设计中,借鉴传统岭南建筑智慧,融入岭南建筑基因与风格,通过“底层架空““多层地表”等手法,更好地适应自然气候条件。而在多重因素作用下,深圳规划与建筑方面的成果,与柯布西耶提出的“光辉城市”理念:通过高层建筑、现代交通网等,把地面还给人类,为城市提供开放式空间,趋于吻合。
China's urbanization is characterized by high speed and imbalance,with more and more people converging to the core metropolitan areas.Under the influence of the trend of population movement,the leading cities of the reform and opening up,represented by Shenzhen,take the lead in exploration and practice of highrise high-density buildings.At the same time,as one of the representative cities of Lingnan,Shenzhen learns from the wisdom of traditional Lingnan architecture and integrates the genes and styles of Lingnan architecture in the design of modern buildings for different purposes such as residence,education and office,and better adapts to the natural climate conditions by means of"stilt buildings"and"multi-layer grounds".Under the influence of multiple factors,the achievements of Shenzhen's planning and architecture tend to coincide with Le Corbusier's concept of"radiant city":to return the ground to human beings through high-rise buildings and modern transportation networks,and to provide open space for the city.
