摘要
目的:提高医学生临床见习效果,建立循证医学临床思维。方法:运用TBL-CBL混合教学法开展临床见习教学,采用EBP-KAPF量表及临床见习效果问卷进行统计分析。结果:TBL-CBL混合教学后,医学生对临床思维模式建立、提高团队合作能力、提高查阅医学文献及处理信息的能力的反馈更好(P<0.05),EBP-A量表评分下降(P<0.05)。结论:在临床见习中开展TBL-CBL混合教学有利于循证医学临床思维模式的建立。
Objective:To improve the clinical probation effect of medical students and establish clinical thinking of evidence-based medicine.Method:The TBL-CBL blended teaching method was used to carry out clinical pro-bation teaching,and the EBP-KAPF scale and clinical probation effect questionnaire were used for statistical analysis.Result:After TBL-CBL blended teaching,medical students had better feedback on establishing clinical thinking patterns,improving teamwork ability,and improving their ability to access medical literature and process information(P<0.05),while the EBP-A scale score decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conducting TBL-CBL blended teaching in clinical probation is beneficial for establishing evidence-based medicine clinical thinking patterns.
