摘要
自2012年起,联合国教科文组织终身学习研究所(UIL)发起了全球学习型城市网络(GNLC)建设,并于2015年启动全球学习型城市奖的评选,以期以获奖城市为核心,打造全球学习型城市集群网络。为更好地传播获奖城市的成功建设经验,进一步构建我国的学习型城市集群网络,从城市集群的理论视角出发,阐述学习型城市集群网络的背景和内涵,分析学习型城市集群网络的价值意蕴,并以我国四个获奖城市的建设经验为核心,探究属于我国的学习型城市集群网络实践路径,以带动更多城市加入学习型城市建设行列,推动我国学习型社会可持续性发展,从而推动我国向学习型大国转型。
Since 2012,the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning(UIL)has initiated the construction of the Global Network of Learning Cities(GNLC)and opened the Global Learning Cities Award in 2015 to build a global network of learning city clusters with the award⁃winning cities as the core.To help better disseminate the excellent construction experience of award⁃winning cities and further build a learning city cluster network in China,this paper elaborates on the background and connotation of learning city cluster networks from the theoretical perspective of urban clusters,analyzes the value implications of learning city cluster networks,and explores the practical path of learning city cluster networks in China based on the construction experience of four award⁃winning cities,to drive more cities to join the ranks of learning city construction,promote the sustainable development of China's learning society,and thus promote China's transformation into a learning nation.
