摘要
许多传统反应都与使用高氧化态过渡金属、危险溶剂以及产生大量有毒三废有关,基于可持续和原子高效理念,催化体系是目前合成化学的一个前沿研究领域,特别是在过去的几年里,人们更倾向于使用无毒的试剂、氧化剂和溶剂,选择以更环保的方式进行反应的催化系统。主要介绍了拜耳-维利格氧化中新型催化剂的原理以及其在化学生产催化技术中的巨大潜力,基于原子经济性、低毒、相对稳定性以及低成本的考虑,采用共催化体系,固化或稳定化催化剂,成为未来发展趋势。
Anecdotal evidence suggests transition metal with high oxidation state and dangerous solvent are used in traditional reactions,resulting in a large amount of toxic wastes.Based on the concept of sustainability and atomic efficiency,the catalytic system is a frontier research field in synthetic chemistry.In recent years,nontoxic reagents,oxidizing agent and solvent,the catalytic system in a more environmentally friendly way are choosed.Principles of new catalysts in the Baeyer-Villiger oxidative reaction and their great potential in chemical production of catalytic technology mainly were introduced.Based on the atom economy,low toxicity,relative stability and low cost,the use of cocatalysis to fix or stabilizethe catalyst had become the future development trend.
