摘要
预应力混凝土带肋叠合板(PCCSCR)是叠合楼板的一种,可实现长线生产,具有生产效率高、成本低、抗裂性能好、钢筋用量少、抗弯刚度大以及承载力高等优点。预应力混凝土带肋叠合底板采用免支撑施工,可进一步降低施工成本。对6块预制叠合底板和10块预应力混凝土带肋叠合板的足尺试件进行受弯试验,测得了相应的荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线、裂缝开展及分布状况、破坏形式及相应的破坏荷载等。研究结果表明:预应力带肋叠合底板及叠合板的破坏形式均为弯曲破坏,其受弯性能能够满足施工阶段和使用阶段的要求,具有较好的延性;预应力混凝土叠合底板与后浇混凝土的协同受力性能良好,底板自然粗糙面即可满足叠合面的抗剪需求;预应力叠合底板带肋对减小底板施工挠度和提高底板刚度效果显著,且预应力叠合底板不开裂是免支撑设计的前提,通过合理设计,可以实现不同跨度免支撑设计的挠度限值要求。结合试验结果对PCCSCR的设计关键问题进行了分析,并总结提出了PCCSCR的设计流程。
Prestressed concrete composite slab with concrete rib(PCCSCR)is a kind of composite floor,which is convenient for long line production.It has the advantages of high production efficiency,low cost,good anti-cracking performance,less reinforcement,large stiffness and high bearing capacity.The construction cost of PCCSCR can be further reduced by using unsupported in the construction stage.Six full-scale specimens of prefabricated part of PCCSCR and ten full-scale specimens of PCCSCR were tested to examine the load-deflection relationship,load-strain relationship,crack development and distribution,failure modes and corresponding ultimate loads etc.The test results show that the failure behaviors of the prefabricated part of PCCSCR and PCCSCR are all flexural failure,and the flexural performance of the PCCSCR can meet the requirements of the construction stage and the service stage,and has better ductility.The mechanical properties of the prefabricated part and the post cast part of the PCCSCR are good,and the rough surface of the prefabricated part can meet the shear requirement of the composite surface.The rib of the prefabricated part of PCCSCR has a significant effect on reducing the construction deflection of the precast slab and improving the stiffness of the precast slab,and the non-cracking design of the precast slab is the premise of the construction unsupported design,and through reasonable design,the deflection limit requirements of the construction unsupported design about different spans can be realized.Combined with the test results,the key problems in the design of PCCSCR are explained,and the design process of PCCSCR is summarized.
