摘要
目的 :观察地锦草提取物对小鼠血液过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响。方法 :地锦草提取物给小鼠连续灌胃 2 3 d,1次 / d,1ml/次。结果 :与空白对照组比较 ,地锦草提取物可明显提高小鼠血液 CAT和 GSH- PX活性 ,并呈剂量依赖性。结论 :结果表明 ,地锦草提取物具有较强的清除自由基及抗氧化。
Objective:The effect of Herba Euphorbiae humifusae extract on CAT and GSH-PX in blood of mice was observed.Methods:The activity of CAT and GSH-PX were measured after the mice were kept on giving the extract of Herba Euphor-biae Humifusae ig. 1 ml/d×23 d.Results:The extract of Herba Euphorbiae humifusae obviously develope the activity of CAT and GSH-PX in dose-dependent manners.Conclusion:The results suggest that the extract of Herba Euphorbiae humifusae has effect on scavenging free radicals and has the antioxidation and the antisenility function.
