基于有限元分析的油菜联合收割机割台结构优化 被引量:1

Structural optimization of rape combine harvester header based on finite element analysis

摘要 油菜联合收割机作业时割台容易发生振动,不但会造成漏割,而且严重影响割茬质量。基于有限元分析,通过改进切割器、调整割刀位置,进行了割台结构的优化,以提高其在作业过程中的稳定性。分析结果表明,割台本体框架模型与加入驳接架后模型的有限元应力分析最大值的变化较小,故为保证油菜收获效率,可进一步减轻割台重量,优化割台结构;加装驳接架后割台的变形量有所增加,因此需加强连接结构,以提高割台刚性;在6阶模态分析中的第3阶振动频率(76.195 Hz)对割台的切割器横梁影响较大,因此后续需要对割刀横梁进行强化,且将竖刀安装在送穗口一侧,可实现割台的共振平衡。 During the operation of a rapeseed combine harvester,the cutting table is prone to vibration,which not only causes missed cutting but also seriously affects the quality of the stubble.Based on finite element analysis,the structure of the cutting table was optimized by improving the cutter and adjusting the position of the cutting blade to improve its stability during the operation process.The analysis results indicate that the maximum change in finite element stress analysis between the mainframe model of the header and the model with the addition of the connecting frame is relatively small.Therefore,to ensure the efficiency of rapeseed harvesting,the weight of the header can be further reduced and the structure of the header can be optimized;After installing the connecting frame,the deformation of the header has increased,so it is necessary to strengthen the connection structure to improve the rigidity of the header;In the 6th mode analysis,the 3rd vibration frequency(76.195 Hz)has a significant impact on the cutter crossbeam of the header.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cutter crossbeam in the future and install the vertical blade on the side of the feeding mouth to achieve resonance balance of the header.
