非均质油藏水驱优势渗流通道演化规律 被引量:25

Evolution law of dominant flow channels of water flooding in heterogeneous reservoir

摘要 现有技术较难定量表征整个开发过程中油藏深部优势渗流通道演化规律,尤其是非均质油藏的渗流规律较为复杂,影响了高含水期油藏的开发效率。文中根据不同特征非均质油藏水驱油实验结果建立了数值反演模型,基于渗流理论提出了标准化过流量的概念,定量表征优势渗流通道,研究了渗透率级差影响下的水驱优势渗流通道演化规律,探索了高含水期不同措施控水效果。研究表明:分支河道油藏、隔夹层泛连通油藏的优势渗流通道在无水采油期发育较均匀,见水后主要沿物性较好区域发育且通道体积快速减小;随注入量增加,优势渗流通道的扩展行为对采出程度贡献减小,且主要发育区域剩余油饱和度最低;非均质性决定优势渗流通道发育的位置及体积,渗透率级差的增大使更大体积的优势渗流通道集中快速发育,导致物性较差区域采出程度更低;分支河道油藏井网调整措施不能干预或阻断固有优势渗流通道走向,导致剩余油沿优势渗流通道运移至物性较好区域;隔夹层泛连通油藏开发层系调整使优势渗流通道沿采出井附近的窜流通道转向,但物性较差区域中部的剩余油仍未充分动用。将油藏数值模拟与新定量表征方法相结合,不仅能应用于文中的研究对象,也可应用于其他油藏,为开发改善措施的制定提供理论支撑,具备一定应用价值。 It is difficult for existing techniques to quantitatively characterize the evolution law of dominant flow channels in deep reservoirs during the whole development process,especially for heterogeneous reservoirs with complex seepage laws,which affects the development efficiency of reservoirs in high water cut stage.A numerical inversion model is established according to the experimental results of water flooding in heterogeneous reservoirs with different characteristics.Based on the seepage theory,the concept of standardized flow rate is proposed to characterize the dominant flow channels quantitatively.The evolution law affected by permeability differential of the dominant flow channels in water flooding is studied,and the water control effect of different measures in the high water cut period is explored.The results show that the dominant flow channels of the branch channel reservoir and the partly connected interlayer reservoir develop evenly in the anhydrous oil production period,and they develop along the areas with good physical properties and their volumes decrease rapidly after water breakthrough.With the increase in injection volume,the expansion behavior of the dominant flow channels has less contribution to the recovery degree,and the remaining oil content in the main development area is the lowest.Heterogeneity determines the development location and volume of dominant flow channels.The increase of permeability differential makes the dominant flow channels with larger volumes develop intensively and rapidly,resulting in lower recovery degrees in areas with poor physical properties.The well pattern adjustment measures of the branch channel reservoir cannot intervene and block the trend of the inherently dominant flow channels,resulting in the migration of the remaining oil along the dominant flow channels to the area with good physical properties.The adjustment of the development strata of the reservoir with a partly connected interlayer makes the dominant flow channels turn along the channeling-path of the near production well,but the remaining oil in the middle of the poor physical property area is still not fully produced.The combination of reservoir numerical simulation and the new quantitative characterization method can not only be applied to the object studied in this paper,but also to other reservoirs in the oil field.It provides theoretical support for the formulation of development improvement measures and has application value.
