油基岩屑脱油残渣制备复合胶凝材料研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对油基岩屑脱油残渣末端处置难题,以脱油残渣作为辅助胶凝材料开展了制备复合胶凝材料的可行性研究。考察了不同原料配比对复合胶凝材料性能的影响,确定了最佳配比,探究了复合胶凝材料的水化过程。脱油残渣对复合胶凝材料基本性能具有负效应,在最佳配比条件下(熟料∶石膏∶脱油残渣∶矿渣=71∶4∶7.5∶17.5),复合胶凝材料性能满足GB 175-2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》P·C 32.5R等级要求。脱油残渣中硅铝质物质在熟料水化产生的OH-和Ca^(2+)作用下发生二次水化反应形成部分C-S-H凝胶以及钙矾石,进而与熟料水化形成的产物相互交错生长,赋予力学性能。利用脱油残渣制备复合胶凝材料有效解决脱油残渣末端处置问题,从而为脱油残渣的资源化处置提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of terminal disposal of oil-based drilling cuttings pyrolysis residues(ODPR),the feasibility study of preparing composite cementitious material with deoiling residue as auxiliary gelling material was carried out.The effects of different raw materials formulation on the properties of the composite cementitious material was investigated,the optimum ratio was determined,and the hydration process of composite cementitious materials was investigated.The results showed that the ODPR had a large negative effect on the composite cementitious materials,and under the optimal preparation conditions(clinker:gypsum:ODPRs:slag=71:4:7.5:17.5),the properties of the final products could meet the P:C 32.5R grade requirements of the Chinese standards Common Portland Cement GB 175-2007.The calcium hydroxide provided by the clinker has effectively stimulated the activity of silica-aluminous substances present in the ODPR,promoting the production of more hydration products such as Ca(OH)2,ettringite,and C-S-H gels,which then intergrow with the products formed by the hydration of clinker,giving mechanical properties:The use of ODPR to prepare composite cementitious material can effectively solve the problem of terminal disposal of the ODPR,which provide a reference for the reuse of ODPR from oil and gas fields.
