摘要
当前,我国提出实施自然生态保护工作,成为改善自然生态环境、保护水资源的重要措施,也是社会可持续发展的保障,能够对社会经济的发展产生促进作用。本文研究水环境管理现状,针对管理体制统一性不足、水环境管理法律体系缺失、环境管理手段单一等难题,提出建立管理机构、强化环境管控能力、借鉴先进的管理经验、推广水污染治理技术等方式,改善我国水环境现状,有利于水资源保护成果的巩固。而水环境管理技术的应用,为我国水资源的可持续发展提供支持,有助于我国环境保护与经济建设的协调发展。
Currently,China has proposed the implementation of natural ecological protection work,which has become an important measure to improve the natural ecological environment and protect water resources.It is also a guarantee for sustainable social development and can promote social and economic development.This article studies the current situation of water environment management.In response to the challenges of insufficient unity in the management system,lack of legal system for water environment management,and single environmental management methods,it proposes ways to establish management institutions,strengthen environmental control capabilities,use site management experience,and promote water pollution treatment technologies to improve the current situation of water environment in China,which is conducive to the consolidation of achievements in water resource protection.The use of water environment management technology provides support for the sustainable development of water resources in China and contributes to the coordinated development of environmental protection and economic construction.
