摘要
目的:验证姜制吴茱萸热熨技术的疗效,为解决术后恶心呕吐提供一种简便有效、副作用小的中医外治技术。方法:纳入2019年3月~2021年3月在我院行骨科手术的病例70例,根据随机数字表法将纳入研究的患者随机分为试验组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。试验组为姜制吴茱萸热熨组,对照组为盐酸甲氧氯普胺组。比较两组患者术后首次使用药物后30min、2h、6h、24h、2d、3d、7d的恶心呕吐程度评分;呕吐发生率及SF-健康量表评分。结果:两组间的主效应有统计学差异(P<0.05);测量次数具有统计学差异(P<0.05);测量次数与组别有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组首次药物后2h、6h、24h、7d呕吐发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组干预后的心理健康评分有统学差异(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸热熨技术疗效佳,应用价值高,是为解决骨科术后PONV的简便有效、副作用小且适于推广的中医外治技术。
Objective:To verify the curative effect of ginger evodia rutaecarpa hot ironing technology,and to provide a sin ple and effective external Chinese medical treatment technique with few side effects to address postoperative nausea and vomitin Methods:From March 2019to March 2021,70patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in our hospital were included.According to the random number table method,the patients included in the study were randomly divided into experimental group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The experimental group was treated with ginger evodia rutaecarpa hot ironing,and the control group was treated with metoclopramide hydrochloride.The scores of nausea and vomiting at 30min,2h,6h,24h,2d,3d,7d after the first dose and the incidence of vomiting and SF-health sclae score were compared between the two groups.Results:The main effect between the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05);the number of measurements was statistically different(P<0.05).The number of measurements was statistically different from the group(P<0.05),there were significant differences in the incidence of vomiting between the groups at 2h、6h、24h and 7d after the first dose(P<0.05).The mental health scores of the groups after intervention were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:ginger evodia rutaecarpa hot ironing technology has good curative effect and high application value.It is a simple and effective external treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine for PONV after orthopedic surgery with small side effects and suitable for promotion.
