摘要
随着社会经济的高质量发展,受资金规模扩大与资金链条拉长等因素的影响,企业集团的资金管理方式需要由粗放型向集约型转变,以提高资金使用效率,降低财务风险。基于此,阐述了企业集团资金集中管理的意义,探究了资金集中管理的主要模式,分析了企业集团资金集中管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化策略。
With the high-quality development of the socio-economic landscape and the influence of factors such as the expansion of capital scale and the lengthening of capital chains,the financial management approach of enterprise groups needs to transition from being extensive to intensive,aiming to enhance the efficiency of capital utilization and reduce financial risks.Based on this,this article elaborates on the significance of centralized fund management in enterprise groups,explores the primary modes of fund centralization management,analyzes the existing issues in enterprise group fund centralization management,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.
