摘要
聚丙烯产品H39S-3是大连石化公司开发的新型卫材无纺布专用聚丙烯,本文重点从粉料质量控制、添加剂的作用及其缺失后对产品质量的影响、生产过程中的异常问题处理措施以及掺混粒料熔融指数C_(pk)下降处理措施四个方面,阐述了如何提升H39S-3产品质量过程能力指数。
H39S-3 is a new developed polypropylene producted by Dalian Petrochemical Company which is used as non-woven fabric.The paper mainly discusses four aspects:the control of powder quality,the effect of additives and the impact on the product quality without additives,the measures to solve the problems during the production process and measures for handling the reduction of the C_(pk)of MFR of the mixed pellets.At the same time,the paper points out how to improve the process capability index of the H39S-3.
