尾矿库事故次生河流污染环境应急空间的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 邵武萤石矿尾矿库是石壁溪流域上游最主要的环境风险源。通过对尾矿库以及石壁溪流域自然环境、社会环境的调查研究,经过改建的人工湿地、桥梁、拦截坝、排洪渠、园区公共应急池、水电站等场地和设施,可以作为尾矿库事故次生河流污染环境应急空间,并对桥梁改建拦截污水以及排洪渠、园区公共应急池收集污水的方式进行探讨。研究表明,这些环境应急空间可有效地拦截污水并控制水污染的扩散,还为下一步应急处置拦截的污水,争取更多的时间。 The tailings pond of Shaowu fluorite mine is the main environmental risk source in the upper reaches of Shibixi Watershed.Through the investigation and research on the natural and social environment of the tailings reservoir and Shibixi watershed,the reconstructed artificial wetlands,bridges,interception dams,flood discharge canals,public emergency pools in the park,hydropower stations and other sites and facilities can be used as the emergency pollution containment space for the secondary river pollution from fluorite tailings reservoir accident.These emergency containment spaces can not only effectively control the spread of water pollution,but also trade more time for the next step of emergency disposal of intercepted sewage by means of chemical and ecological water transfer to ensure the safety of water environment.
