摘要
以荒漠植物红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)为研究对象,在生长季采用人工控制土壤含水量的方法,分别设置对照组(CK)、轻度干旱胁迫(D_(1))、中度干旱胁迫(D_(2))和重度干旱胁迫(D3)处理,研究了干旱胁迫影响下红砂幼苗叶片的丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性及渗透调节物质含量。结果表明:与对照相比,各干旱胁迫处理下叶片MDA含量显著增加,且在D3干旱胁迫下增幅最大;轻度和中度干旱胁迫下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著增加,且在生长季初期D_(2)干旱胁迫下增幅最大;轻度和中度干旱胁迫下可溶性糖(SS)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性蛋白(SP)含量均显著增加,且在生长季初期D_(2)干旱胁迫下增幅最大,各生理指标随胁迫时间变化均表现为8月>7月>9月。以上研究表明,随干旱胁迫程度加剧,叶片MDA含量增加;轻度和中度干旱胁迫下其抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量增加,而重度胁迫下脯氨酸含量增加,以此来清除机体多余的活性氧,维持膜系统正常功能,干旱胁迫下各指标含量在生长旺盛期最大。
Taking the desert plant Reaumuria soongorica as the research object,soil moisture content was artificially controlled during the growing season.The control group(CK),mild drought stress(D_(1)),moderate drought stress(D_(2)),and severe drought stress(D3)were set up,respectively.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA),antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substance content were studied in leaves of R.soongorica seedlings under the influence of drought stress.The results showed that compared with the control group,the MDA content of leaves increased significantly under each drought stress treatment,and the increase was the largest under D3 drought stress.The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase increased significantly under mild and moderate drought stress.The increase was the largest under D_(2)drought stress at the beginning of the growing season.The soluble sugar,free proline and soluble protein contents increased significantly under mild and moderate drought stress.The increase was the largest under D_(2)drought stress at the beginning of the growing season,and the changes of various physiological indexes with stress time were August>July>September.These studies showed that the content of MDA in leaves increased with drought stress severity.Antioxidant enzyme activity and the content of osmotic adjustment substances increased under mild and moderate drought stress.The proline content increased under severe stress to remove excess active oxygen from the body and maintain normal functioning of the membrane system.All the indicators were the highest during the period of vigorous growth.
