食品安全问题是社会关注的一项重要民生问题,工作开展的效果直接关系到人们的身体健康与生命安全。快速检测技术可快速检测食品内有害成分,及时发现食品安全隐患,避免出现食品安全事故,有效保障食品质量和安全。本文针对快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的具体应用展开探究,为相关研究提供参考。
Food safety is an important livelihood issue of social concern.The effect of the work is directly related to people’s health and life safety.Rapid detection technology can quickly detect harmful ingredients in food,timely identify food safety hazards,avoid food safety accidents,and effectively ensure food quality and safety.This paper explores the specific application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,hoping to provide reference for relevant research.
