亳菊花中总黄酮超声辅助提取工艺的优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探索在超声波辅助提取条件下亳菊总黄酮的最优提取工艺,本文以亳菊花为实验材料,以亳菊花总黄酮的提取率为指标,采用紫外分光光度法测定亳菊花总黄酮含量,通过单因素试验及正交试验优化亳菊花中总黄酮超声辅助提取工艺。结果显示,亳菊花中总黄酮超声辅助最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶60(g∶mL)、提取温度70℃、提取时间50 min、超声功率400 W,在此条件下提取率最高,为9.45%。 In order to explore the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium under ultrasound assisted extraction conditions,this article uses Chrysanthemum morifolium as the experimental material,and the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium is used as the indicator.The content of total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum morifolium morifolium is determined by UV spectrophotometry.The ultrasound assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium morifolium is optimized through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimal ultrasonicassisted extraction process for total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum morifolium was material to liquid ratio of 1∶60(g∶mL),extraction temperature of 70℃,extraction time of 50 minutes,and ultrasound power of 400 W.Under these conditions,the highest extraction rate was 9.45%.
