汽轮发电机转轴磨损分析

摘要 对汽轮发电机转轴磨损后的安全可靠性进行分析,通过磨损状态下的疲劳分析、冲击载荷分析,得到转子的应力分布,以及最大应力值和位置,并与正常状态下的疲劳分析、冲击载荷分析进行对比,辅之以磨损后材料检测,确认转轴磨损并经打磨处理后,不影响汽轮发电机的安全运行和使用寿命。 The safety and reliability of the rotation shaft of turbine generator after wear was analyzed.The stress distribution of the rotor,as well as the maximum stress value and location were obtained through fatigue analysis and impact load analysis under the wear condition,and were compared with fatigue anlysis and impact load analysis under the normal condition.With the assistance of material testing after wear,it is confirmed the safety operation and service life of turbine generator are not affected after the rotation shaft is worn and polished.
