摘要
目的观察颧髎穴透刺迎香穴联合常规针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将60例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。观察组采用颧髎穴透刺迎香穴联合常规针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后患者鼻症状总分(total nasal symptom score,TNSS)、鼻炎伴随症状总分(total non-nasal symptom score,TNNSS)、体征评分和鼻炎生活质量问卷(rhinitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)评分的变化,观察两组治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)含量的变化,比较治疗后3个月随访时两组的复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后TNSS、TNNSS、体征评分、RQLQ评分及血清IgE水平较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访时,观察组TNSS、TNNSS、体征评分和RQLQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颧髎穴透刺迎香穴联合常规针刺能够提高变应性鼻炎的临床疗效,改善患者临床症状、体征及生活质量,减少复发。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of point-toward-point needle insertion from Quanliao(SI18)toward Yingxiang(ST20)plus ordinary acupuncture method in treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Method Sixty AR patients were randomized into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with the point-toward-point needle insertion from Quanliao toward Yingxiang plus ordinary acupuncture treatment.The control group only received conventional acupuncture treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Before and after the treatment,the total nasal symptom score(TNNSS),total non-nasal symptom score(TNNSS),sign score,and rhinitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score were observed;the serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)content was also observed.Recurrences were compared at the follow-up 3 months after the intervention.Result After the treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%in the observation group,higher than 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The TNSS,TNNSS,sign score,RQLQ score,and serum IgE level dropped significantly after the intervention in both groups(P<0.05)and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).At the follow-up,the observation group surpassed the control group in the TNSS,TNNSS,sign score,and RQLQ score(P<0.05).Conclusion The point-toward-point needle insertion from Quanliao toward Yingxiang plus ordinary acupuncture treatment can enhance the clinical efficacy in treating AR;this method can improve clinical symptoms,signs,and quality of life,and can reduce recurrences.
