摘要
近年来,广西三江侗族自治县委、县政府践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念,将“小茶叶”变成了联农带农、强农富农的“黄金叶”。三江县具有得天独厚的资源、发达的交通物流体系、春茶萌芽早且高产优质、种茶历史悠久且种质资源丰富、有力的政策支持及良好的产业基础等发展茶产业的有利条件,但也存在茶树品种结构不合理、茶园管理粗放、规模以上加工企业少、产品“优而不名”和茶业人才匮乏等问题。基于此,文章提出了优化品种结构、发展绿色茶业、强化精深加工、培育龙头茶企、实施品牌战略和培养茶业人才等措施,以推进三江县茶产业高质量发展,助推乡村产业振兴。
In recent years,Guangxi Sanjiang Dong autonomous county party committee and county governments have adopted the development concept of"green mountains and clear water are equal to mountains of gold and silver".The"small tea"has become the"golden leaves",which promotes agriculture and enriches farmers.Sanjiang county has advantageous conditions for the development of the tea industry,such as unique resources,developed transportation and logistics system,early spring tea sprouting,high yield and high quality,a long history of tea planting and rich germplasm resources,strong policy support and good industrial base,and other favorable conditions for the development of tea industry.But there are also problems such as unreasonable structure of tea cultivars,extensive management of tea gardens,few small-scale processing enterprises,"excellent but not famous"products and a shortage of talents in the tea industry.Therefore,the paper put forward measures such as optimizing cultivar structure,producing green tea,strengthening intensive processing,cultivating leading enterprises,implementing brand strategy and cultivating tea industry talents to promote the high-quality development of Sanjiang tea industry and boost the revitalization of rural industries.
